BASIC SERVICES

The baseline for every home listing. Professional photos can make a dark house bright, and a bright house sparkle. Editing is included and touchups can be performed upon request.

Photos take approximately one hour per 1000sqft. The camera is brought both around the outside of the house and from room to room by the photographer, where each angle is carefully considered. We are happy to accommodate any owners or realtors wishes in avoiding certain areas or focusing in on others.
Interior/Exterior Photos

Aerials are essential for presenting the land and location of a property. No other form of media compares when it comes to the surrounding views.
We take it a step further by also providing the approximate lot lines — which show the size, shape, and topography as well.

Aerials require a day of good weather per the FAA’s definition. They cause minimal disturbance to the property itself. All that is needed is access to the airspace from the driveway or the nearest road (or two, if the lot is larger than 100 acres).

3D Tours are like Google Street View for the indoors. Potential buyers are able to familiarize themselves with the layout and explore the home from a 360° perspective at their leisure.

3D Tours are captured by a unique device with two opposing fisheye lenses, which records both photos and square footage at once. This is an efficient system, with one exception: if other people are in the same room that’s being recorded. For this reason, we encourage owners and realtors to step out of the house while the 3D Tour is in progress.

Twilights take place in the evening during sunset, resulting in a dramatic contrast between a warmly lit interior and the cool night outside. These eye-catching photos help a listing provide a wow factor to potential buyers. Despite their name, these photos can also be taken during sunrise.

Twilights begin approximately 30 minutes prior to sunset, and continue until approximately 15 minutes after. During this time the photographer will make multiple rounds about the house, considering every angle and capturing the best of them at different stages of twilight.

Real estate video is the icing on the cake. A beautiful and engaging form of media, nothing shows off the details and true feel of a home better than a walkthrough tour. We offer in-depth guided tours, 30-60 second listing teasers, and explainer videos - promoting either your listing, your business, or yourself.

All videos are captured through the drone and the camera on a gimbal. Explainer videos include a speaking part and a microphone will be provided. Editing takes 2-6 days, depending on length. Music is included, feel free to recommend a genre or style.
