With backgrounds in both architecture and home photography, we know exactly what a quality setup looks like.

FOR REAL ESTATE

We’ve always made small adjustments to make a room look more pleasing in photos, such as decluttering counters or hiding trash cans. But more heavily lived in houses might need a little extra help—and owners aren’t always able to see what needs fixing, nor are agents always equipped for handling such a task.

That’s where we come in.

Just like for a normal photoshoot, we’ll arrive to the home at a designated time. But instead of launching directly into photos, we’ll spend time beforehand to clean, straighten, fix, and even rearrange the things most important and most noticeable in the photos. Then photography will take place immediately after. If necessary, we can go room by room with the camera and prepare each individually.

In showing the full potential, size, and functionality of the house, its apparent value will almost certainly increase, attracting more serious buyers than it would have in its previous state. A win for both agent and owner!
